SUMMARY:Women’s Leadership in Turkey’s Creative Economy Training Successfully Completed
DESCRIPTION:The “Unleashing Potential: Women’s Leadership in Turkey’s Creative Economy” training program, implemented under the INSPIRE Project, was successfully completed in Istanbul between 20–23 October 2025.\n \nDesigned to strengthen women’s leadership in the transformation of the creative economy, this four-day intensive program brought together 20 women entrepreneurs, managers, and decision-makers working across creative sectors. The training was structured with experiential learning methods to unlock both individual and collective leadership potential.\n \nA Transformative Learning Experience\n \nThroughout the program, participants engaged with themes such as leadership models, systems thinking, adaptive decision-making, cultural intelligence, trust and influence, and future design.\n \nHands-on sessions focused on exploring leadership archetypes in the creative industries and helping participants define their own authentic spheres of influence.
