INSPIRE Masterclass: Strengthening Transformation with Radical Collaboration and Community Powerness
The third session of the INSPIRE Masterclass series was held online on March 5, 2025, under the theme “Radical Collaboration and Community Powerness.” Led by Atılım Şahin, the session explored the impact of collaboration on transformation in both the business world and social structures. Participants had the opportunity to discover how to build stronger collaborations based on open communication, trust, and a shared purpose, while also experiencing how interdisciplinary cooperation fosters innovation.
Radical Collaboration: A New Approach Beyond Traditional Models
During the session, radical collaboration was introduced as a more innovative, sustainable, and effective alternative to traditional cooperation models. Atılım Şahin emphasized the importance of transparency, trust, and open dialogue in establishing strong connections between individuals and organizations.
“Radical collaboration is not just about individual gains; it is a model that prioritizes collective intelligence to generate more sustainable and creative solutions for everyone,” said Şahin, underlining its significance not only in the business world but also in driving social transformation.

The Power of Interdisciplinary Collaboration and Collective Intelligence
Inspired by Neol’s Creative Sparks events, the session focused on how collaboration can be maximized to create meaningful impact. Participants discussed how bringing together individuals from diverse disciplines can drive innovation and unlock new solutions.
Atılım Şahin summarized the core principles of radical collaboration under four key themes:
✔ Open Communication: Fostering an environment where ideas can be freely shared and constructive feedback is encouraged.
✔ Trust: Establishing a foundation of mutual trust for effective collaboration.
✔ Shared Purpose: Moving beyond individual interests to embrace a collective vision.
✔ Interdisciplinary Approach: Creating solutions through cross-sectoral expertise and collaboration.
A Stronger Future Through Collaboration
The event also highlighted the long-term impact of radical collaboration on organizations and communities. It was emphasized that this model not only leads to short-term success but also initiates sustainable and transformative change.
INSPIRE Masterclass continues to address key topics shaping the future of the creative economy. The next session will feature Birgitta Persson on “ Leading with care and UN Inner Development Goals ” on March 26, followed by Leonie Bell on “Critical Thinking” on April 9.
