Women’s Leadership in Turkey’s Creative Economy Training Successfully Completed
The “Unleashing Potential: Women’s Leadership in Turkey’s Creative Economy” training program, implemented under the INSPIRE Project, was successfully completed in Istanbul between 20–23 October 2025.
Designed to strengthen women’s leadership in the transformation of the creative economy, this four-day intensive program brought together 20 women entrepreneurs, managers, and decision-makers working across creative sectors. The training was structured with experiential learning methods to unlock both individual and collective leadership potential.
A Transformative Learning Experience
Throughout the program, participants engaged with themes such as leadership models, systems thinking, adaptive decision-making, cultural intelligence, trust and influence, and future design.
Hands-on sessions focused on exploring leadership archetypes in the creative industries and helping participants define their own authentic spheres of influence. Collective exercises, group discussions, and reflection sessions conducted throughout the training strengthened participants’ experiential leadership capacities.
Commitments for the Future: A Collective Manifesto
On the final day, participants shared their visions for fostering social transformation in the creative economy and co-created a “Collective Manifesto.” This manifesto highlighted the role of women’s creativity, solidarity, and strategic leadership in shaping the future of Turkey’s creative economy.
A Future Shaped by Women’s Creativity
As a key component of the INSPIRE Project, this training formed part of broader capacity-building efforts aimed at enhancing inclusivity, sustainability, and innovation within the creative sectors.
The vision and collaboration of women leaders throughout this process represent a powerful step toward an equitable and inspiring future for Turkey’s creative economy.
